Once you gather your photos, create your order and add to cart all the photo types you would like to digitize. You can add an optional USB or DVD output to your order.
Prepare your photos to be shipped by packing them safely. You can add a pre-paid UPS label to your order or use your own shipping option to mail your media.
In a few weeks, your memories are unlocked for viewing, sharing, and gifting! If you ordered a USB or DVD output, we will mail it to you along with your original media.

Your transfer features a Digital Download of your ordered items, accessible in your MemoryCloud account for 60 days. View, download, and share your digitized memories straight from your account on any device.

Prices for digitizing your photo prints, negatives, or slides start at $32.99 for the first 50 items and just $0.55 for each additional one.
Pricing for Photo Album Scanning
starts at $32.99 per album for the first 35 photos and $0.77 per photo thereafter.
We won't charge you for unsuccessful scans. In case the final number of converted items is different from the original order, we will send you an email to inform you of any necessary refunds or additional charges.
